Quick Christmas Contest

I've got these advanced copies of the Guardians of the Hidden Scepter just sitting here, staring at me and I need to give them away. So here's a quickie contest just to keep us in the holiday spirit:

Post a comment that tells your favorite Christmas movie. I'll do a drawing on Thursday from all those that commented. The winner will get an advanced reading copy of The Guardians of the Hidden Scepter which comes out in March. Easy peasy!

You can comment as many times as you want and I'll increase your entries by that many times as well. And if I only get one comment from one person, you win! How's that for holiday cheer? Know any kids ages 9-16 looking for a book that no one's read yet? Got it here!

My favorite Christmas movie? The Christmas Story! Not a finga!!!

Die Hard! They all take place during the holidays! So it counts as a Christmas movie for us!

Ooh I love Claymation Christmas too, but my fav is White Christmas. In fact I'm listening to Bing right this very second!

Love Actually! Nothing says Christmas spirit like Hugh Grant dancing around to the Pointer Sisters song!

I also enjoy the dvd of Michael McClean's Forgotten Carols, but I don't know if that counts, since it is a taping of a live performance.

The ORIGINAL How the Grinch stole Christmas.

Miracle on 34th street with Natalie Wood. The new one is good too. I just like the old one best.

I am still surprised that anyone else mentioned Claymation Christmas. I really need to buy that.

Elf--or at least I think I'd like it if I'd ever see the whole thing and not just bits here and there.

Christmas Eve on Sesame Street.

P.S. I totally wanted to pick up the copy that was sitting on your floor on Sunday and run with it, but alas, I restrained myself.

A Christmas Story! We watch it every Christmas Eve after the little kids are in bed! "You'll shoot your eye out!"
